Q: When is the 2025 Ballarat Show?

The show runs from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th November 2025.

Q: Where is it being held?

At our new home, the Ballarat Showgrounds & Events Centre, located at 6 Rose Hill Rd, Mount Rowan, Ballarat, Victoria

Q: What are the opening hours?

Friday 7th November: 1:00pm to10:00pm Saturday 8th November: 9:00am to 10:00pm Sunday 9th November: 9:00am to 4:00pm. Expect a full day of activities, exhibitions, and entertainment, with exciting evening events to cap off each day. **Note Pavilions close 7:00pm.

Q: Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Tickets are available both online and at the gate. To save time and money, we recommend purchasing online here as you’ll receive a discounted rate compared to gate prices.

Q: Are there discounts for families or groups?

While there are no group or family discounts this year, we’re excited to offer free entry for all children aged 12 and under . Please note that children aged 6 to 12 will still require a ticket for entry, which can be obtained FREE from ( Ballarat Show 2025 ).

Q: Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, limited on-site parking is available at the Showgrounds. Please follow directional signage from the Midland Highway and adhere to traffic conditions and staff guidance to access designated parking areas safely and efficiently. Please note a Shuttle Bus will operate for the period of the Ballarat Show. Further information coming soon.
